Nike Membership is free, and most of the direct perks are tied to it. In the US, members get free shipping above a minimum order value, a 60-day Wear Test and receipt-free returns, and nike.com lists discounts for students, military, teachers, first responders and medical professionals, plus a birthday offer. The UK site runs similar community discounts. Reductions collect in the Sale section, especially at the end of a season and around Black Friday, and promo codes are entered in the bag.
At Nike, the price often depends on the exact colourway, and the common sizes of a reduced shoe can sell out within days. Set the alarm on the product page of the version you actually want, and check your size as soon as the email arrives. Limited releases on the SNKRS app usually sell out at launch, so an alert is most useful for general-release models such as running shoes, training gear and everyday sportswear.
