What you should know about Mango
Mango was founded in Barcelona in 1984 by the brothers Isak and Nahman Andic, who opened their first shop on Passeig de Gràcia; the company is based in nearby Palau-solità i Plegamans. Besides womenswear it sells Mango Man, Kids, Teen and Mango Home in more than 120 markets, and it has sold online since 2000. In the US it opened a flagship on New York's Fifth Avenue in 2022, while in the UK it had more than 100 points of sale by the end of 2025.
The biggest reductions come in the summer and winter sales, and past-season pieces move on to Mango Outlet, a separate online shop. In the UK, Mango's loyalty programme is Mango Style Club, which arrived there in 2026 after Spain and France and replaced Mango Likes You. It has three tiers – Style Insider, Style Curator and Style Icon – and you move up through purchases and through actions such as subscribing to the newsletter, recycling clothes in store or collecting orders.
Mango sells many co-ordinated pieces separately – a blazer and its matching trousers, say, or a knitted top and skirt – and each has its own price. In the sale they aren't always reduced together or by the same amount, so set one alert per piece, in the colour and size you want.
