Notino Price Tracker

Notino is a Czech company: Michal Zámec founded it in Brno in 2004 as the online perfume shop Parfums.cz, and from 2016 its national sites, which had different names until then, gradually adopted the Notino brand. It now operates in 27 European countries, including the UK via notino.co.uk and Ireland via notino.ie, and lists more than 115,000 products from around 1,800 brands. Its four logistics centres are in the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy and Romania.

In the UK, Notino competes mainly online with retailers such as Boots, The Perfume Shop and Lookfantastic; its own physical stores are in Central and Eastern Europe. Prices move with brand promotions and its Black Friday campaign, and it advertises exclusive discounts in its app, through which a large share of orders is placed. Many fragrances come in several bottle sizes and as gift sets, each with its own price that can be reduced independently.

A price alert is particularly handy for gifts: Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, which in the UK and Ireland falls in March or early April. Set it a few weeks ahead on the exact size you want to give, and you'll know whether the current price is genuinely good. For everyday products – moisturiser, foundation, shampoo – an alert set before you run out saves you from buying at full price at the last minute.
