Besides food, litter, toys and pharmacy items, Chewy offers Connect With a Vet tele-triage, CarePlus insurance and wellness plans, and its own Chewy Vet Care clinics. chewy.com ships only to US addresses, so UK shoppers can't order there.
Much of Chewy's business runs on Autoship: you schedule recurring deliveries, get a discount on the first Autoship order and keep saving on select brands afterwards. Chewy+ is a paid membership with free shipping on any order, 5% back in rewards on eligible purchases and member-only offers. Without it, small orders under the free-shipping threshold carry a shipping fee. Prices on individual products move often, and the same food can cost noticeably different amounts per pound depending on the bag size you choose.
Because people buy the same food, litter or flea treatment again and again, Chewy is a store where timing pays off over a whole year.
